Requirements
Martin approached us with a request to create a comprehensive website where visitors would see authentic content created by the broker with added value, which he would provide through a personal blog with personal insights and experiences, along with exclusive information about the properties offered.
So the requirements included:
- Front-end: Design proposal in the colors of the Premium Living company, under which Martin operates, in dark and light mode. Designing individual sections and their layouts, whether for property listings, blog, portfolio, or reviews.
- Back-end: Designing a system that will create an accurate copy of the Premium Living offer. Ensuring automatic addition of new reviews. Admin interface for managing blogs, properties, and reviews. Specific contact form as per the client's needs.
Result
The result is an aesthetically pleasing design in dark and light versions with simple navigation and responsive content display on all devices. Thanks to the admin interface, the broker has control over the content of the website, whether it's the current property listings, portfolio, reviews, or blogs.
See the result below or directly on the real estate agent website Martin Sklenár.
